The cottage and its river frontage are yours from ten in the morning until eight in the evening. Meat is skewered and cooked over real charcoal beside the water, not on a gas grill, and it is cooked through the day rather than served at one sitting.
The day suits a family who want the children outside and the afternoon unhurried. It is also available for a larger private party of your own guests, arranged in advance.
